Eilish McGuinness Head of the Major Grants Team
Eilish McGuinness read History of Art and Archaeology at University College Dublin and has an MA from the Queen's University Belfast. She has worked in the Irish Architectural Archive in Dublin, the Environment and Heritage Service in Belfast and Historic Scotland in Edinburgh.

Eilish joined the Heritage Lottery Fund in September 1996 and has had a number of roles in the Scotland/North East, London and East of England teams. She was Regional Manager of the North East region and then took on the new role of Head of the Major Grants Team in 2002. This team looks after all projects in England with grants of over £5milliion.

Eilish's team also assesses all National Heritage Memorial Fund applications in the UK
