Colin McLean joined the Heritage Lottery Fund in February 1999 and manages our Scottish operations.
His background is in planning and museums. He started his career in East Lothian Planning Department, before moving to the Scottish Mining Museum, where he was latterly Director.
He was Assistant Director (Communication Services) with the Scottish Museums Council and his qualifications are in history of architecture and in town and country planning. |
