In April 2005 AHP was commissioned by the Policy and Research Department to undertake a review of the joint schemes, to inform future funding strategies. The overall aim is to tell the story of the joint scheme from 1996-2005 and to assess its impact and effectiveness in order to make recommendations on future funding.
