Collecting Cultures (£50,000 - £200,000)

Through Collecting Cultures, we will invest £3 million to fund programmes of strategic acquisition that will develop existing museums and gallery collections for public use, and enhance the professional knowledge and skills of people working in museums and galleries. Grants of between £50,000 and £200,000 were available to all museums and galleries in the MLA Registration/Accreditation Scheme through a single round of applications.

The programme is now closed. Grant awards will be made in May 2008.
