All applicants are asked to deliver educational benefits through their projects.
Millions of people are now benefiting from the vast educational resources available at heritage sites whether through family or school visits, volunteering or learning new skills.
We have distributed over £400 million to 1,166 educational projects.
We have funded 530 heritage education jobs and the creation of 223 new spaces for learning - indoor and outdoor classrooms
