Developing new audiences for the heritage

The Heritage Lottery Fund is interested in helping organisations to develop new audiences for the heritage. This report analyses who is involved with the heritage (including visitors, volunteers, employees and trustees) and establishes which sections of society are under-represented or excluded.

It suggests why heritage organisations should develop new audiences and how this might be done.
