Register and apply 

The Heritage Lottery Fund handles all grant applications and the monitoring of successful projects through an online system.

When you know which programme you wish to apply under, please register with us by following the link below. 

Once you have registered with us you can gain quick access to our online system via the home page of the website.

Top tips

  • Contact us if you are unsure about which supporting documents to send.
  • Double check that you have completed all the sections of the application form.
  • Keep a copy of any hard copy documents you send us as we may need to ask you questions.
  • Ensure you have included all the supporting documents listed.
  • Check that the person signing the declaration form has the authority to do so.
  • Remember to send us hard copy of your declaration. We cannot start processing your application until we have received this.
