HLF can fund projects which involve the purchase of land and/or buildings which are important to our heritage, at or below market value. The principal reasons for purchase must involve the improvement of both public access and long-term management in line with our aims. Applicants who are seeking a grant to purchase land and/or buildings should be not-for-profit.
