Sue Bowers read History at the University of York. She also has an MA in Museum and Gallery Administration from City University.
She has worked as Grants Officer at the Museums and Gallery Commission, and Principal Grants Officer for Arts, Recreation and Environment at the London Boroughs Grants Unit.
Sue joined the Heritage Lottery Fund in December 1994.
