Pre-application Service
We welcome the opportunity to give you early advice on your project. Whether your project requires £500 or £500,000 we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible. Please fill in the pre-application enquiry form and we will get back to you as soon as we can with some advice on your project and its suitability for an HLF grant.

Remembering Slavery
2007 saw the 200th anniversary of the parliamentary abolition of the slave trade. Many groups marked this bicentenary by undertaking projects exploring its meaning and lasting legacy. Find out more about Remembering Slavery here.
