Steve Willis joined the Heritage Lottery Fund as Deputy Director of Resources and Planning in September 1997 and took up appointment as Director of Finance and Corporate Services in October 1998.
Prior to this, a life-long Civil Servant, Steve had held numerous posts in the Civil Service Department, Cabinet Office and HM Treasury dealing with IT, personnel management, pay policy and finance. |
