Equality Scheme - December 2006
We are fully committed to the promotion of equality of opportunity and good relations. This Equality Scheme confirms this commitment and covers all our functions, powers and duties relating to Northern Ireland, and sets out how we propose to fulfil our new specific duties under the Disability Discrimination Act 2005.
