Carole Souter - Chief Executive
Carole Souter joined the Heritage Lottery Fund as Chief Executive in April 2003, from English Heritage, where she was Director of Planning and Development.
She has over 20 years experience of a range of policy development and management roles in the public sector, having worked in the Departments of Health, Social Security and the Cabinet Office.
Carole has degrees in Politics and Philosophy and Victorian Studies, and is Chair of the Capital Community Foundation. She is also the Chair of the Lottery Forum and a board member of Creativity, Culture and Education.
