Learning from Young RootsHLF's Young Roots grant programme is helping a new generation to get involved with heritage and helping youth and heritage organisations to extend their activities. This publication summarises the findings from the first year's external evaluation of the Young Roots grant programme. It outlines the impact of projects on young people and their communities and identifies key elements which are likely to lead to successful young people's heritage projects.
