Which logo do I use?
We have two logos: a landscape logo; and a high-impact logo. You should use the high-impact format when you need to make a 'one-off' big impact. This is usually on a large or very small scale, for example, you might need to produce hoardings for a building. Or you may need to put our logo on a small object, for example, a ticket or badge.
When using our logo on printed material, please use our high-impact logo. If you need to use our logo at a very small size, go for the high-impact format so it will still be clear.
You must use the landscape logo at all other times.
What colour should I use?
Please use the logo in blue (Pantone 2747). If there is some restriction, for example, limited colour printing, you can use our logo in black or reversed out of a solid colour in white.
What size should it be?
- Landscape logo - To make sure our logo is clear and easy to read, please check that the National Lottery 'crossed fingers' symbol is at least 10 millimetres in height.
- High impact logo - To make sure our logo is clear and easy to read, please check this high-impact format is at least 10 millimetres in height.
Before you use our logo
Please make sure you read our detailed design guidance which explains how our logo should be used correctly. You can find this at Appendix 1 of our How to acknowledge your grant guidance.
If you would like to use our logo to produce your own acknowledgement materials
Please make sure that you keep us informed and get our approval for the final design. You can do this by sending copies of the draft artwork to your Grants Officer for approval.
Note regarding .eps files in Internet Explorer for PCs
When attempting to download .eps files, Internet Explorer will automatically change the ".eps" file extension to ".ps". To ensure the integrity of the file, please change the file extension back to ".eps" when downloading. Be certain to open the file using an image-editing program. Simply double-clicking the saved item in your hard drive will not create a proper file association, and the file will not open.
