Come along to one of our advice surgeries. They are open to anyone thinking of applying to HLF.
Our friendly team will be on hand to provide one to one help and advice about how our application processes work and what makes a good heritage project. Whether your project requires a small or large grant we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible. Don't forget to check out the application deadlines.
The surgeries will be held on the second and last Thursday of every month at the Belfast office and will run from 2pm to 7pm. To book into one of the sessions, please call 028 9031 0120 or email:

- 13 and 27 October 11
- 10 and 24 November 11
- 8 and 29 December 11
- 12 and 26 January 12
- 9 and 23 February 12
- 8 and 29 March 12
To make the best use of your slot, we ask that you complete details of your project, in advance of your session, on our pre-application form.
If you cannot make it to the Belfast Office then please contact the team and we can make alternative arrangements to advise you on your project ideas and our application processes.
