Directions by train
Our office is located in the centre of Birmingham approximately 5-10 minutes walk from all three train stations in the centre of Birmingham ie New Street, Moor Street and Snowhill. Information regarding journeys from these stations are listed as follows:

From New Street Station
Exit the station through the main ticket barrier. Take the escalator (or stairs) which are located across the concourse directly opposite the barriers up to the Pallasades Shopping Mall. At the top of the escalators turn left and leave the mall by the first exit you come to on the right which will take you down a ramp and out of the centre. At the bottom of the ramp, keep walking straight ahead onto Corporation Street. Continue along Corporation Street until you come to Cherry Street on the left hand side (House of Fraser is on the corner). Turn into Cherry Street: Bank House is a tall office block a short way along on the left-hand side. Disability access map.

From Snowhill
Exit the station through the main entrance/exit following signs to Birmingham City Centre. When exiting the station, Colmore Row will be directly in front of you. Go over the crossing and turn right and then first left after The Halifax, taking a pedestrian pavement that runs alongside the church yard. When you reach House of Fraser, turn right then first left onto Cherry Street. Bank House is situated towards the bottom of Cherry Street - it is a tall office block on your right-hand side.  Disability access map

From Moor Street
Exit the station onto Moor Street and crossover the dual carriageway using the pedestrian crossing closest to the rear entrance to Marks & Spencer (M&S). Walk along the road to the right of M&S (Carrs Lane). At the top of the road turn left into the pedestrian area and then immediately right into Union Street. At the top of Union Street cross over the pedestrian crossing and walk straight up the street opposite, Cherry Street. Bank House (tall office block) is located a short walk up Cherry Street on the left-hand side. Directions by car

From M6 South or North West
Leave the M6 at Junction 6 and follow the A38(M).  Follow signs to 'City centre, Bromsgrove, (A38)'. Do not take any exit to left at this point. Go over the flyover and then indicate left to leave the Queensway at St Chad’s Circus. Take the second exit which takes you back onto the Queensway and now take the first left into Livery Street. To get to our office go right at the T-junction (Colmore Row) and then first left into Temple Row. Follow Temple Row around until you reach Cherry Street. Please note that there is no car parking at the office itself but many of the roads adjacent to our office have metered car parking. Alternatively, there are many car parks in the area including the large one on the left on Livery Street.

From M5 South-West
Leave the M5 at Junction 3 and travel towards Birmingham City Centre along the A456 (Hagley Road) for five miles to the Five Ways island. This is easily distinguishable as it is surrounded by large office blocks and a Tesco store. Keep in the outside lane and go under the island into Broad Street, using the underpass. Drive along Broad Street (the International Convention Centre will be on your left) to the Paradise Circus island. Take the second exit at this island and drive down Great Charles Street Queensway to the St Chad's Circus island. At this island drive all the way round and begin going back up Great Charles Street Queensway.  Take the first left (Livery Street) and to get to our office go right at the T-junction (Colmore Row) and then first left into Temple Row. Follow Temple Row around until you reach Cherry Street. Please note that there is no car parking at the office itself but many of the roads adjacent to our office have metered car parking. Alternatively, there are many car parks in the area including the large one on the left on Livery Street.
