Advice surgeries and funding fairs 

Leeds surgeries
We hold regular pre-application advice surgeries in our Leeds Office. If you have submitted a pre-application form you can book into one of our hour-long appointments between 10am and 4pm. To book a meeting please phone 0113 388 8030 and ask for a member of the development team quoting your HLF reference number.

Alternatively, if you are unable to travel to Leeds, you may wish to attend a local grant surgery or funding fair nearer to home.

Local surgeries
We hold a number of surgery days around the Yorkshire and Humber region. For further information regarding a surgery in your locality please contact our office on 0113 388 8030 or check this page for surgery dates in the coming months.

Funding fairs
Funding fairs are larger events attended by a number of funding organisations. They are an ideal opportunity to seek advice on funding options in an informal atmosphere. There are usually funding workshops that take place at the fairs which provide structured guidance through funding procedures; attendees are also available to browse the stalls if they prefer.

The Heritage Lottery Fund is also represented at some external funding fairs - check back for more details.
