The residents of two neighbouring parishes near Lostwithiel in Cornwall joined together to save Lerryn Red Store, a listed 19th century warehouse, from being converted for private residential use. The building was carefully restored to its original condition to provide a much-needed community space supporting a produce market, a café, art exhibitions, and a variety of other activities.
