Learning

Learning is at the heart of what we do and our funding provides opportunities for everyone in the UK to learn about heritage.

Our projects have helped learners of all ages and backgrounds to develop their understanding of heritage in a way that is appropriate to their needs and interests. People have gained new or enhanced skills through training programmes, taken part in events and workshops, and created displays, publications and web pages to help share their learning with new audiences.

Our funding has helped organisations devise innovative education activities in partnership with community groups, schools and colleges and to create new spaces for safe and enjoyable heritage learning, both indoors and out.
