Valuing our heritage - Investing in our future
Using money raised through the National Lottery, the Heritage Lottery Fund sustains and transforms our heritage. From museums, parks and historic places to archaeology, natural environment and cultural traditions we invest in every part of our diverse heritage.

We have launched our Strategic Plan 2008 - 2013 with simpler applications processes and more help for applicants.  Over the next 5 years we will invest some £1bn in heritage projects for everyone to take part in, learn from and enjoy.
