Robyn Llewellyn

Head of Heritage Lottery Fund, East of England

Robyn joined the Heritage Lottery Fund in 1994, the year of its launch. She managed a number of teams before establishing the Cambridge office in 2000, where she now leads the team delivering grants, development, outreach and advocacy in the East of England. Robyn chaired the Regional Lottery Forum and was a member of the Regional Cultural Consortium.

Robyn joined the Heritage Lottery Fund from the Museums and Galleries Commission where she was grants and projects officer in the Conservation Unit. There she helped establish and manage the conservation register database and the Jerwood Conservation Awards, as well as attending trade fairs in the UK and overseas.

After receiving a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Hons) at the State University of New York, Robyn completed her MA in Arts Management at City University, London where her dissertation was on Performance Management in Museums.

Robyn is a board member of Orwell Housing Association and deputy chair of its audit committee. As youth secretary to a local cricket club she is currently helping it gain Clubmark accreditation. She has lived in Suffolk since 1991.
