I am the Programme Manager for the Catalyst programmes, Transition Funding and Start-up grants at the Heritage Lottery Fund. I have an overview of all UK applications to the programmes and provide policy support on philanthropy, social investment and organisational resilience. I joined the Strategy and Business Development department at HLF in July 2013 having previously worked at Arts Council England on the Catalyst scheme and other grant programmes focussing on organisational development.
