I'm the Heritage Lottery Fund’s national Policy Adviser for Learning and Volunteering. I was previously Head of Learning and Talent Development at the Crafts Council, and since 2005 I've worked as an education, training and public engagement specialist for organisations including A New Direction, Tate and Arts Council England.
